Supporting Room

For international academic conference bookings coordinated by the Strategic Events and External Projects Office (SEEPO), CUHK conference organisers will be entitled to use the Supporting Room CYT 213 located at Level 2 and the conference-related supplies.

In-room facilities include:

• Printing and photocopying facilities
• Movable tables and chairs
• Cabinets for storage
• Magnetic and glass writing panel

Conference-related supplies include:

• Water stations
• Table cloths for registration desks
• Stanchions
• Digital signage panel system and technical support
• Extension cords
• Umbrellas with rack
• Trolley etc.
